I've rented from a variety of Enterprise locations, and really enjoy coming to this one to rent. They're always fast, and the location is great

Stay away from this location. ☠️ The staff will aggressively pressure you into additional purchases MULTIPLE TIMES and they won't even pretend to be nice about it. Multiple staff members were rude to customers. AVIOID THIS PLACE!!! 😱 Go to the airport where they have professional staff that will treat you with respect.

I just want to say in the tough moments that we are in now after storm Harvey, and having to deal with finding transportation due to are cars getting damaged and every one else just trying to keep it moving, is hard to be patient or happy when everyone has been affected. However Ms. Alexis (The manager) she rocks!!! she was so sweet and patient when phones were ringing like crazy and everyone at once is trying to get a rental car at the same time and she was the only one in that morning 9/1/17. Girl you define professionalism. I just want her co workers and boss to know she is great at her job. Thank you alexis for being so patient when I didn't even have my stuff ready. Thank scott from central Houston Cadillac he referred me to you and also appreciates all that you do. Thank You again keep up the good work!!!

Great location between midtown and downtown - very friendly, helpful staff. Willing to work with me on rates and fuel options. I highly recommend this branch of enterprise. Good selection of cars and a seamless pick up / drop off experience. The guys at the Hobby airport location could learn a thing or two from the staff here.

I was hesitant to rent from this location due to some of the inconsistent reviews but I am glad that I did! Michael called me the day before my reservation to confirm it and gave me the opportunity to change my reservation time. He also warned that it would be a busy day for their location which I appreciated. I arrived as soon as the location was open on a Friday and was greeted and assisted by Jamie. I was in and out in around 15 minutes. Jamie was kind and respected the fact that I was in a hurry. She honored the online price I was quoted which I appreciated. Her customer service was satisfactory throughout the pick up and return, which was also handled quickly and professionally. Would definitely rent here again!
