I visited the office for an orthodontic consultation. The staff are very friendly and nice. They care for their patients which was a nice experience. They sat with me and discussed my options and waiting for me to make a decision without rushing.

I visited this office today 10/16/17 on a last minute appointment and they did not disappoint! The interior of the office is welcoming and beautiful to look at, the atmosphere is just so warm and cozy. The receptionist were polite and helpful, was there no longer than an hour, the entire staff was marvelous! It is the BEST dentist office I have visited in Houston, will most definitely recommend to all of my friends and family!

Was so happy with pearl dentistry. Haven't been to an office where they provide such good customer service. From the front desk lady to the back nurse I felt like they really cared about me and not tried to just treat me like a number or rip me off. My appointment was at 330 and I literally was in the back and seen by the doctor by 350 and it took me a bit to fill out the paperwork as well so that was my fault. The doctor was such a sweetheart and explained everything in detail. I luckily only needed one thing and they took care of it right away. Thanks guys for caring and not wasting my time. Have a dentist for life finally.

I have only great things to say about Pearl! I loved the office and the staff and felt very well taken care of. I came there in an emergency with a broken crown and they fixed me up to my complete satisfaction. I was in and out in one hour and felt I was in very good hands by the dentist and the staff. I love that they have a good ambiance in the suite - beautiful rugs, decor, and chandeliers, made me feel much better about my emergency crown. And it was nice to be distracted by TV shows while I was waiting in the room. Overall a great experience for a dental visit. Thank you, Pearl!

I don't understand why there are some people who write about waiting. I've been here on 4 occasions and I've never waited more than 15 min. This is a really good caring office that doesn't rip you off. Dr. Amanda is great and the staff is as well. Thank you pearl!!
