Price is not expensive here (not inexpensive either) and it's quite close to nearly all destinations on campus. However, I don't think this place care too much about its residents. Paperwork concerning resident status is hard to get notarized, always a delay on renewing paper towels at the basement kitchen, and the most astonishing, no cold water supply in that kitchen. I reported that via Fix-it. Someone double checked the location with me, and not a bit has been improved with no following up till the day I moved out. I believe if all these things keep retarded like this, 3 would be the utmost for this place even with a brand new building in 2019
