Absolutely the worst care I have ever experienced. From the receptionist to the nurses. Absolute negligence all around and very poor hygiene. Never will my family, friends, nor anyone I know step a foot in that “hospital.” Honestly so disappointed in how rude the nurses were and how such people are even allowed to behave that way. Is there no management? Everything had to be asked for and once something was asked of them, they were so rude about it as if the patient is the one who is supposed to handle their own care. Absolutely unbelievable. This is not to cause any hate towards the hospital although it was something very awful to have to experience. The experience was absolutely ridiculous and the worst. This is constructive criticism but as of what was recently experienced, I would never recommend this place to anyone who has even the slightest thought of being a patient.

Had my baby girl month ago i got the best attention ever day and night nurses are so nice,kind very helpful to me it was like they were going with me through my pain very sensitive nurses...

That's trwe the nurses at nicu are rude my baby was delivered las Saturday it's been 6 days and still in there plus they treat them rude they are baby's for god shakes 😡

I wish I never came to this hospital. This was my first pregnancy and I came to St. Joseph because initially I had heard it was a good hospital, however, the staff completely ruined my experience. Let me just first say that the delivery nurses were excellent, they were very nice and helpful, but my experience with them in the delivery room was the only good one there. The nurses in triage and in the recovery room were completely rude, lazy, and they made my stay there traumatizing. Half of them told us they didn't even work in that area, that they were just short staffed so I guess they thought that was enough of an excuse not to do their job. They gave us attitude if we asked for anything. I kept having to ask for a clean gown and post-labor supplies that they were supposed to keep filled for me and each time the nurses would give me an attitude about it. I was in a lot of pain and I had let 3 different nurses know and it wasn't until the 4th nurse came on that she finally actually checked me and found out what was wrong and I finally received medication for it. She was the only nurse in recovery who helped me out and restocked all my supplies for me. I was so grateful for her. Still, I only had her for one night. Since I was in pain I was having trouble breast feeding and asked for help and the nurse gave me a rude response and did not even help me. I asked for a lactation consultant 3 separate times and they never sent her to my room for me. Also, the nurses kept telling me completely different things about the way I was supposed to be feeding my baby. Plus the hospital was just filthy. I never take the time to write a complaint about something I did not like, but I could not wait to get my son and myself out of that hospital. It was my first baby, was supposed to be a nice beautiful experience, but the attitudes from the nurses and the lack of help completely tarnished that memory for me.

The doctors and nurses are great but overall hygiene is horrible I was admitted 07/18/2016 and discharged on 07/21/2016 the housekeeping work seems to pick up the trash no sweeping of floors or changing sheets. Even nurses also don't bother to keep the patient clean.
They left a clean sheet and pillow case towards my feet as if when I get up I would change the bed sheet and pillow casing.
The room service is also hopeless I asked for vegetarian food and called them the guy took whole order and when I receive tray there was fish in it with green beans and squash with no bread
I would not recommend it to any one as far as cleanliness is concerned.
