Four seasons was great! Internet was great for a hotel. Close to everything downtown I needed. The Skywalk to the food court and nearby office buildings is great. (although I wish it was better labeled with signs and directions). Check in was very quick. Room was exceptionally clean. Every employee was extremely friendly. 10/10 would recommend. Will stay here again when visiting downtown Houston.

Anyone living in Texas, and certainly anyone living in the Four Seasons Hotel needs to find a reason to spend the weekend in this historic and enjoyable location.
We called in our reservations to make sure we scored a good room we were upgraded from there. The room, or I should say suite, was gigantic. The ceilings were ginormous and I'm only glad I didn't have to get a christmas tree that would look proportional to the living room area. It was a nice sized ball court with dining area. Then there was a dressing room (for my extra t-shirt and socks!) and then the bedroom with an opulent bathroom. The hotel , but clean, well maintained, and just a great place to relax.
Staff were perfect. Nice, friendly and engaged. We would certainly come back - and will come back - as soon as we can find the excuse.

Great Hotel - Staff couldn't be anymore friendlier. Workout room fantastic. Beds are so comfortable. 24k Gold establishment!

Really glad to hear that this hotel had a part in helping people in need. BUT the rooms are more like a motel. Four season has slapped their logo onto a 3 star hotel at best and is charging a 5 star rate. I have stayed at many Four Seasons, this one is by far the worst. STaff was nice, hence the 1 star

The Four Seasons Hotel was absolutely incredible during Houston's darkest hours. My family evacuated here, the staff has been working round the clock the take care of all guests and my goodness are they doing a good job of it. It feels more like family in this time of crisis, all of us are coming together to help one another. They even offer reduced rates for emergencies like this one while maintaining amazing customer service. I feel lucky just to be here.
