I've stayed in a lot of five star hotels. But this hotel absolutely takes the cake. This hotel will upgrade your room if better rooms are available. Incredible service. Such unique and wonderful rooms. I highly recommend staying here if you're in Houston.

First class all the way. Wonderful ambiance. The staff goes out of their way to please its guests. Very close proximity to many museums, Rice University and Hermann Park.

We had a work event here. The food and service was amazing. The bed and pillows were great for a good nights rest. The elevators are slow for large group events and it is really dark in the hotel, low lighting is part of the theme. The pool side area made for a great reception area. Beautiful! Love the staff here they are so professional and friendly.

Indeed luxury hotel! The decor inside is amazing! Really beautiful spaces inside. Great service and tasty food. I was there for a gala and the place was perfect.

Checked in very late after trying to find a hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel itself was so well put together. My room was spotless with all the amenities I could ask for. Overall one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at for any of my business travel. Perfect spot for any reason.
