I called and got Ellen, and I have to say, probably the best customer service I've ever had in my life. She calmed my nerves about setting up an insurance plan, rapidly and efficiently answered questions and quelled concerns, along with engaging me in casual friendly conversation while we waited for the computer to catch up with their fast and friendly customer care. I'd rate more than five stars if I could, exemplary work, Mrs Ellen. :)
