Horrible insurance agent ever. She does not speak spanish and can hardly write in english. So, I doubt she can speak 6 or 5 other languages she says she can. She treated us horribly and raised our payment to an amount we never agreed on, and were forced to pay that amount. She never answered emails, and when she did she'd reply in 2 weeks. also, she never answered her phone. Please do not do business with this women, she is a liar and a cheat. This is a huge warning, find any other agent and they will be better than this one.
