DO NOT GO WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY...
They do not cover medically needed tested on any vitamins and the customer service is horrible. This is the worst insurance company I have ever had...there are many other items too long to list that they do not cover that is in the fine print.
The sales rep will tell you anything to sell you.
Shame on you Humana you are anything but humane
