Having waited weeks for other State Farm agents to return my messages, David called me within minutes after sending an email. He was a delight to talk with and the customer service was outstanding.

After being told by the claims department that I would not likely be reimbursed for my towing fee, I was contacted by Sharon at the David Cohen office. She was very nice and said that she would look into it for me. Within a day or two she contacted me again to let me know that I would in fact be able to receive reimbursement. The check is already on its way and I am so thankful to Sharon for all of her help!

This office has been my insurance provider for over 6 years. When I needed their assistance the most, I believe they failed to address my concerns and help the way I believe they should.

I was recently involved in a minor car accident for which I was at fault. This was when I began having issues with office. It took so long for these issues to arise because I never had a claim before. The person with whom I spoke with is Sharon VanZant. In my experience with her, she has been rude and not able to answer the questions I had regarding my claim.

Their service and reliability was good when I didn't have any claims. They were more than happy to be there for me while I paid my bill every month and they didn't hear a peep out of me. As soon as I was at fault for an acccident, it has been very difficult to get my questions answered and concerns put to ease.
