I really enjoyed my stay at the Whitehall. The hotel overall was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable...especially the beds and pillows. Housekeeping did a great job as well. But the thing I found most impressive was the staff! Everybody was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs, and even anticipate our needs before we even asked! Have to give a shout out to Omar--he was awesome and he is a very hard worker! The patio bar is a great place to unwind in the evening and listen to live music.The location is in the heart of downtown. The hotel shuttle was a blessing to us...although it is a bit limited as to the distance they will take you...not an airport shuttle. Don't know when I'll be back to Houston but I will definitely stay there again!

We have enjoyed our stay here at the White Hall so much! Everyone has been very accomadating and so kind! From the front desk, valet parking, house keeping and each and every employee we have encountered. I can not thank you each enough. We enjoyed the comfy beds and beautiful views of the city. We were close to the metro and so many restaurants too. What a superb location! We appreciate each of you more than you know! Thank you so very much! Excellent hotel, location and people! Loved it!

Great Hotel with great staff. Very accommodating. Lots of amenities. Couldn't be better located. Room was spectacular. The King size bed is heavenly. Well decorated room, great views and very clean. Would definitely stay again. Staff set the standard for a four star rating.

Everything about the hotel is great! The staff is kind and helpful, quick to respond. The rooms are very clean. I dropped water on the wood floor and quickly dropped a white towel on the floor to absorb the moisture. When I flipped the towel over I was amazed to see it was still clean.

I stayed here during Float Fest. The rooms and bed were great. The people at the front desk were great. My only complaint was that I came in soaked from Float fest. I came back expecting to have washing machine and dryer for me to be able to use. They don't and for the price for the stay I find it ridiculous that they didn't have any.
