Nice splash pad but the kids cant enjoy because of the homeless taking a bath in it..

Visit this park & splash pad if you live in the Second Ward and don't want to travel all the way downtown with your kids to cool off from the heat. It has recently been renovated. Clean park and seems to be well-maintained.

I wish there were picnic tables around and, perhaps, just a little more shade.
