The Pets Play Palace

Pets Play Palace has been a godsend in my time of need. As a busy medical resident, having such a convenient location to drop my dogs off on my way to work has made my life much simpler and easier. I have a 1 year old Pit Mix and 1 year old GSD -- both full of love and energy. They LOVE going to daycare at the Play Palace. They get excited the second we pull into the parking lot. The staff is extremely accommodating and looks out for your pups all day. They perform temperament tests on all dogs before placing them into daycare so you can be assured that you drop your dogs off in safe environment. The boarding services are also very convenient and hassle free. Whenever I have needed to get out of town, the staff will keep my dogs together with their beds and give them the food that I provide for them at home. They get taken out multiple times a day and even get to free-play during the weekends to let out some energy. Whenever I have had to pick them up at the end of the weekend, my pups are always happy and healthy. Customer service is phenomenal. The staff completely understands what its like being a dog parent and the unexpected surprises that comes with it, and they will accommodate you whether its squeezing in your dogs on a full day of daycare or staying open an extra 5 minutes so you can pick up your dogs when you're running late. The prices are very reasonable and we have been very satisfied with the service and responsibility that comes with this establishment. Thank you Pet Play Palace!!!!

Loved it! Best care for my loved one. Plus she had a good time. Would definitely recommend this place.

Booked a spa package appointment for both my rescue pups. One is a 65lb pit bull mix and the other a 7lb terrier/ chihuahua mix. I was surprised they accepted my pit bull mix since most places are breedist. The pups were fresh and clean! And looked great in their matching bandanas! The staff was courteous and answered all our questions. This family owned place is legit!

I have used pet play palace twice as it is convenient to my job in the medical center. my dogs were groomed & stayed for day care. The wife said my dogs were extra squirmy so she did the best she could. My dog had a few nicks but I do that he is in fact super hyper. At this time they said they did great during day care. I recently dropped them off for day care a second time. This time I'm not pleased. I called to check in on them and he told me one of dogs had been too nervous all day & that her collar had been chewed on by another dog & that he would replace it. When I picked them up he told me my dogs weren't fit for day care and gave me a collar too big for my dog. I brought them food and asked if he had fed them. He replied he tried but they didn't want to eat. Their food bag had not been touched. When we got home they drank water like they had been thirsty all day. I am not pleased and will not take my dogs back.

I was shopping for a place closer to where i live to take my dog CJ to get his haircut. They did a WONDERFUL job grooming him. They listened to what I wanted and did it just right. The prices were a bit more expensive when compared to what I used to pay (from about $44 to $55). However, I also took into consideration the location of the groomer and I honestly thought it was a fair increase. I definitely will be coming back for future grooming.
