Looks really cool and nice. I was here as a visitor. They actually have running elevators. Unlike lots of places i been. Good job SH crew.

My boyfriend and I are in between homes and chose to live at Sawyer Heights Apartments because target is close by, we have a downtown view and we have a 4 month old. The first two months were great but then last week my boyfriend received a call from management to move my car because we were parking on the wrong spot. We were both confused since it's the spot that was assigned to us from the beginning. I had a card to prove it. Management made it sound like we were at fault and if it was their fault then it was probably just human error. Pretty much...it didn't matter because we had to move anyway. We were upset because it was easier for us to move to and from the car with our little one since it was on the 3rd floor and our apartment is on the 3rd. I went to talk to Management directly and they pretty much didn't care what I had to say and simply wrote over the number they originally gave me on my welcome card. They moved us to the fourth floor for parking. We decided to not make a fuss even though management was very cold and rigid to us. This morning we discovered that both my car and my boyfriend's were broken into. When we told them what happen again they seemed not to care. The robbers actually came into my car and ate food in there, leaving their food behind. It was disgusting having to pick up food out of my car. My boyfriend told management and they simply said "how do you know they did that?" I don't even know why they think we would lie to them? I'm completely frustrated with management because they actually make me and my boyfriend feel like they're cold and don't care about my family and safety. Don't live here, if things go wrong, they really don't care and if it's their fault, they don't care to try to have good customer service. Worst apartment experience ever! I can't wait to leave!!

Two months ago, someone tried to break into the apartment, as well as seven other people on the floor. Now, car was broken into in the parking garage. Safety and security is not a priority for management here. You have been warned.

I've enjoyed my last year here, and expect that to continue on into this year. The complex is quiet, the residents are friendly and respectful, and there is a nice active dog community group within the complex that has really made my stay one of the best in my time here in Houston.
