I bought a deal for a UV tanning membership. When I arrive, they tell me that they no longer have any of the beds this deal is good for so I need to pay another $250 for an upgraded membership. Scam artists. Totally deceptive practice. Stay away.

I used to really like this place back when it was under the old management. Now... it's a whole mother story. I ordered lotion when I signed up, didn't receive it for two months! And the only reason I got it when I did was because I ask about it. They were supposed to call me when it arrived, never got a call. On top of that I didn't even get the lotion that I had asked for they gave me one they said was better because it took so long. They are also open very weird hours I would say.

I love this spa! The staff are great, and the spa is in a good location.

I love Planet Beach! Danielle and the girls are always sweet and helpful. I have been a member for about a year and I absolutely enjoy every visit! My favorite is the hydration station and the new facial that they have just added. My mood increases and my cellulite decreases! I have recommended Planet Beach to several of my friends who also enjoy it. I strive to take good care of myself and with the help of the services at Planet Beach it makes it much easier. You must try it!
