I have never left a bad review in my life but this place is a complete joke. Terrible experience. I scheduled an appointment after purchasing a groupon. That alone was a task. The place itself was dirty and not appealing to the eye although it's in a good location in Montrose. Parking was HORRIBLE. No street signs. I was almost late to my appointment. That wouldn't have even mattered because the owner who provided my service ran 30 minutes late with the client before me. Therefore, making me late to my appointment I had scheduled afterwards. After my facial, she tried to sell me a few products that I've never even heard of or seen before. They didn't look like anything special so I kindly declined and then she tried to FORCE AND PRESSURE me into purchasing the product along with more services, NO THANKS! I will not be returning to this place. I wouldn't waste your time, effort or money. If I could leave negative 2 stars I would.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. Don't waste your time or money. The customer service is highly unprofessional. I could hardly understand the person I spoke with over the phone. A friend told me how unsanitary this place is and how she got a staph infection after a groupon microdermabrasion provided by the owner. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy, and that says a lot.

I have an infant at home and I finally got a sitter for a scheduled facial. I spoke to the owner who I recognize because of her accent and she confirmed the appointment. I arrive to find that I am not in their system and then after the secretary searched she found me for a later date. I said she was wrong and remained there for an explanation, she then admitted that the esthetician I was assigned to did not show up so I was switched by the owner who didn't even come by to see what could be done. Basically, an unprofessional. I'm glad I didn't stay because the place isn't clean with dust and dirt everywhere so buyer BEWARE!

I love Marbella and how she's transformed my skin! I haven't been to her in a year since opening up my own business but am about to make an appt with her again. She's transformed my skin from having acne, dark spots and extreme oiliness to having an even skin tone, rare breakouts and thoroughly cleans out all my blackheads and white heads! I've gone to different aestheticians and none can give me positive results like her. She knows her stuff!!

Marbella LITERALLY saved my face. I have followed her for the past 6 years and won't let anyone else touch my face. Had horrible acne, and she took a lot of time and effort to help me. A lot of estheticians don't do extractions, which is what u need with pimples. Also, many do microdermabrasion without first cleaning the skin properly, which actually spreads germs. Marbella has never tried to up sell me on things that I don't need and is very knowledgeable. I had to take steroids for a medical condition, which thins the skin, I didn't even have to tell her this because she noticed it on her own and said no micro, even though micro would've made her a ton more money. Other estheticians rub ur face, put on masks and stuff--she has saved other friends skin as well. I was really excited for her to open up her own spa where she trains each of her estheticians on proper techniques to treating skin issues. And did I say EXTRACTIONS? Also, she was very honest with me about not using micro on me with one of her former employers because they didn't use the proper crystals...again--she would've made way more money on me if she didn't care like her employer obviously didn't. Another one of her previous employers ((the owner of the spa)) did micro on me while Marbella was on a trip and she beat up my face, didn't do things properly, and it messed up my skin. Applied a ton of pressure--micro isn't pain free, but this lady was ripping my face apart, didn't do proper extractions, tried to sell me all of these other incredibly expensive services ((that I didn't need)) was pushy, and unpleasant. I told Marbella what had happened and she gave me a free micro and profusely apologized. I have referred a lot of friends to her, whom she has been able to help. Some don't want to spend the money and want a quick fix...like accutane. Accutane is really hard on the body and I cannot even take it due to my chronic illness. It took a bit of time and hard work, but she put in the work and my face has been stellar ever since. LOVE YOU Marbella!!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
