Went in for an eyebrow wax only ($12 + $2 tip) - wasn't worth the cost. Yes the nice woman waxed around my eyebrows but no shaping or trimming to make this worth the relatively high price. I feel like I need to get them done again and it's only been 1 week.

This used to be my favorite nail salon until Cookie sold it. Now they charge an arm and a leg for services you can get pretty much anywhere in town for half the price.

Just because you're in the Heights does not mean your work is worth more than the rest of your competitors. Be a smart business person and keep your prices reasonable and affordable to everyone that walks thru your door. You've definitely lost me as a customer, $37 for a full set... what a joke.

Actually made an appointment at this place several hours in advance. I showed up about 10 minutes early for my appointment. After I had picked out a color and was greeted and directed to a chair a worker came up to me and ask if I could wait about 30 minutes as the appointment before me had shown up late. I said no, left, and won't be back, There are too many other options, and what's the point of making an appointment??
