This was my second time to get a visa from Travel Visa Pro, and they were very professional, and fast both times. I would only ask for an automated email to inform the applicant that the passport was received and is in process, I did receive this but it took a few days and I was a little worried, since I had mailed my passport to them. Otherwise, a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

We just ended a very interesting experience attempting to renew Passports and obtain Russian visas. It would have been traumatic except for the continued help of Bob Stein.

We live in Mexico so Passports are critical to us, especially since Nancy frequently visits her mother, who is 97 years old and lives in OR. At this point we don't know when Nancy needs to go to OR and without a Passport, clearly that is not possible. We were attempting to renew Passports and visas at the same time but because of circumstances, that did not work. So we renewed the Passports through your San Francisco office and that went reasonably smoothly and Nancy received hers prior a trip to OR beginning of August. When she returned we were planning to send everything to the San Francisco office but Bob Stein informed us that the group we were traveling with, GMP, was to be processed in Houston and that we should send all material there, which we did on August 21 only to be greeted by Hurricane Harvey on August 25. We contacted Bob, as he was the POC we knew, and he informed us of either waiting or a work around by going to another Russian consulate, like the one In San Francisco. No sooner had Bob said that when President Trump shut that consulate down.

So now what? Bob indicated he knew where our passports were and, in an emergency, would get them back to us. Then he carefully kept us appraised of the status of our Passports and visas. We didn't have to ask Bob for status as he always gave us updates to the point of sending us the Fedex tracking number and, because we were in Mexico, to make sure we let him know that we actually did get them, which we did on 13 October.

Clearly Bob made the whole experience nearly stress free by keeping us in the loop. We say "nearly" because we were still dealing with the US and Russian governments and quirks in the weather.

If Travel Visa Pro has company awards or incentives, we would like to endorse Bob Stein for the maximum available.

After finally getting up the courage to take a trip to Russia, I had to begin the process of getting a travel Visa. The process of obtaining a visa seemed like more work than I was up for so I looked into having it done for me. I found a blogger who recommended 4 different sites. I chose Travel Visa Pro and began the process. Well, as soon as I sent my signed documents and my passport to their office in Houston, Hurricane Harvey turned Houston into a disaster area. Just days later, the Whitehouse shut down many Russian embassies across the country dashing my hopes of going to Russia. Well here it is only 2 weeks later and I'm holding my passport and visa in my hands. Incredible! Job well done Travel Visa Pro!
