I've book with this agency for the past few years and I've never been disappointed with their service. I'm glad I met this agency via the school district I was working for. I first met Astrid and she was very nice and I'm grateful for all the help she provided, but for about the last four to five trips, I've had the pleasure of having Kym Harrell put trips together for me and I must say, she is AWESOME. She's professional, never too busy to answer any questions you may have, very patient and I just wanted to take the time and say that this is a very good company to do business with. They will work with your budget and get you the most bang for your buck. Way to go Kym and Vanguard!!!
