I purchased a property that happened to already be on VRBO. I continued the listing and renewed the subscription (minimum 1 year). They wouldn't allow me to alter the location the payments from vacationers would be sent. Apparently, they refuse to transfer ownership of the listing to a new owner, which I would assume is not an uncommon occurrence. They require me to create a new listing and copy/paste all the information over. Fine, whatever. However, THEY WON'T REFUND THE 9 MONTHS LEFT ON THE OLD SUBSCRIPTION THAT I ALREADY PAID! So, because they can't transfer ownership of the listing, the customer has to pay for 2 listings?? What really disappointed me is how rude the sales representative, Jessica, was to both me and the customer service representative who was still on the phone with me. Get your act together VRBO. I'm off to a competitor.

VRBO or Home Away does not hold their property holders accountable for poor management. I would not recommend using this company.
