Yeah, this ppl are not concerned about no ones pet. I moved away and my pets vet is far now. I tried to set an appointment 3 times online!! For them to say we won't have any available until next week. What the fckn hell?? Why in the world would it be available online and when I'm a day away from the appointment date they tell me it's not available. Fckd up. Get it together Banfield !!

Paid close to $500 for shots & to have my dog spayed. NO pet recovery cone provided or available in the store. SMH

Very professional and friendly. I seriously do not understand why there are negative reviews. The negative reviews I've read seem to come from people that do not realize that Banfield is only a preventative care clinic for pets or that they're expected to be treated like royalty. They must not read the fine print on the things that they offer. Nonetheless the wellness plan does pay for itself if used properly and regularly. Thumbs up for this place.

I am convinced that this Banfield and all of its employees don’t care about your pets’ health or well-being. Every time I have used them for something they have proved to be incapable and ignorant of doing simple tasks. On July 21st I called the office five times throughout the day trying to get refills on my dog’s heart medications. Each time I called I was given a different answer. First, I was told that the doctor I see (Dr. Perez) who is wonderful, didn’t provide refills, which is incorrect because I spoke with her and was assured notes were made. I called again later and asked if they could check to see if they had the medications. I was told that they had to wait for the doctor because the medications were locked up. Which should tell you something about their staff if they can’t have more than one medications key. My dog has a degenerative heart murmur and has to be on medication daily. I was told I would get a call back when the medication was ready. The call never came. I called again the next morning and spoke with Ashley and was told that my medications would be ready that day for pick up. I told Ashley I would be in at noon to get them. I showed up at 12:15 and she laughed and said “Oh I thought you meant this afternoon”. I looked down at my watch and said its afternoon!? Not only were they not ready but they were out of one of them which I don’t see why they couldn’t have communicated that to me in the first place. A few minutes later, the practice manager (Shaniel Gibson) came out and I told her that I had planned to file another complaint against that office. I told her the situation and she said “Well you should have called this morning.” I proceeded to tell her I called this morning and five time the day before. She then suggested that I go to a different Banfield. I was not happy about that since I only go to that location to pick up my dogs medications. They then proceeded to blame the nursing staff on the miscommunication. Clearly Ashley like the rest of the staff refuses to take responsibility. I don’t appreciate being passed off. If my dogs’ medication would have been filled then I wouldn’t need to complain, it’s that simple. My dogs don’t see Dr. Bracho because he’s ignorant and the staff is all incompetent. I only go there because it’s more convenient than sitting through an hour traffic trying to get to Dr. Perez’s office. Initially, my dogs went to the West Loop location and saw Dr. Perez and Dr. Jenkins and the staff was phenomenal. Then one day I dropped them off and when I came back the whole staff was different and my dogs saw a new doctor and I was never even told there had been a change. I was told Dr. Jenkins moved to the Pearland location and Dr. Perez moved to the Kirby location. I decided to try the new Heights location because it was so close to me. That was a huge mistake. The first time my dog even went there Dr. Bracho took her off one of her medications and then when she started having breathing issues wouldn’t put her back on it till I had a $300 test done on her that wouldn’t have shown anything different then what was already going on. He wouldn’t even give her medication to hold her till I could go in and see him and get the test done which would have only been a few days. Ashley kept putting me off, I wanted to take her in to see the doctor. I kept getting that he was booked and couldn’t see her and I would get a call back which again never came. Finally I told her “well what if my dog dies between now and when y’all decide to call back” to which I received no reply. Finally I found out where Dr. Perez was I drove all the way to see her on the same day and got all her medications. But since Dr. Bracho had previously taken her off her meds now she had fluid buildup. Which cause more issues… Banfield this is the second time I had had issues with this location and this employee. Maybe they should take a lesson from Dr. Perez’s office and maybe Ashley should treat patients more like Neshia at the Kirby location.

I've been bringing my pup here on the Wellness Plan for six months and have never had a problem. Everyone is friendly (particularly Ashley), it's new and clean, they're open seven days a week, and you effectively get free daycare when you drop off your pet in the morning.
