Taffi and Angela are brilliant. I got left a cat when a neighbor moved, and had never had an animal before. After a year and a half of figuring it out, the cat got sick without me realizing it and after a few months was in bad shape; I was in need of professional help. I was lucky enough to be referred to Taffi by a friend. Expensive, apparently. But a god send for me. She was motherly, scientific, expedient, and successful. Angela too. Dr. Tippit and her staff take such good care of our girl. The staff is friendly and professional, and they get back to me immediately with any questions I may have. I had some questions about medication our dog was supposed to take and when I emailed, they wrote me back right away with the information I needed. When Dr. Tippit comes in the room, Réka is so happy to see her, which makes me a happy dog mom. :) The clinic is inside a charming house and it is always clean and quiet. I highly recommend Bissonnet Southhampton.

I just had an amazing experience here! My newly adopted dog needed to be seen for some swelling. They were able to see me on short notice and were wonderful with their treatment of my dog's situation. Will gladly go back again in the future!

They hate deaf people.. If u want to. Be discriminated against this is the best place to go. I'm being sarcastic of course anyway they do not support deaf people and they will treat you like an idiot. They think deaf people are less than and will back stab you and make you feel less then..

If you have kitties, these guys are the best for them! As we all know, cats hate and protest any trip to the vet. Nothing is worse to them than being taken out of their home and to an unfamiliar place with strangers touching them. Dr. Nealon and the techs are amazing with cats. They have a soft mat for them rather than a cold steel table and fresh catnip to calm your kitties nerves. My kitty Benni hisses and growls at the vets, but did not do that once with anyone at Southampton. He was very calm and was treated very well by Dr. Nealon and the staff. I had a very good experience here with my baby Benni and would recommend to anyone that wants quality care for their pet.
