Just had my dog neutered there. The whole process was perfect and the care and instructions for aftercare were very clear. I got a call back from the vet to make sure I understood the care instructions. They even sent me a recovery picture while I was at work. :)

Our experience was EXCELLENT. We love Dr. P.! She is always kind and gentle to our beloved pups, and calm, rational, informative in her conversations with us. She consistently helps us choose the most economical treatment options that will also yield the best health outcomes, a necessary consideration for us. In Coco's particular case, Dr. P. offered us wise counsel and prescribed an antibiotic that has worked beautifully. Coco has fully recovered. The technician who helped us initially was also excellent, as was the assistant working the front desk. We so appreciate the care and expertise that Dr. P. and all at Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital bring to their profession! We love you guys!

Nice looking hospital, but management is really a big problem. Dr. P is not experienced in managing. Dr. Wilkie spends money on useless items and Starbucks for the techs. Dr. G. is great, but needs voice his opinion about management. Just because you have a degree doesn't mean you have common sense!!! Gold diggers!!!

We love, love Dr. P. The staff was very friendly too. Really like this place! They were also extremely helpful when I brought in a cat we found and helped finding his owner.

I found this place with a google search as I was looking to get an annual exam and shots for my cat. I called around to several places in the area, and all were about the same cost wise ($120-$150 for the exam and 2 booster shots - Rabies and FVRCP). I picked this place for the high ratings, which were well deserved! I called on Friday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday. I was in and out in under an hour. The staff was very friendly and very conscientious of my anxious kitty. They absolutely knew what they were doing, and I knew my cat and I were being well taken care of. The place was very clean (plus there were adorable kittens in the lobby!). Have already recommended to a friend looking for a vet, and will definitely return in the future!
