Dr. Heather is EXCELLENT! Staff very helpful and professional. Office is very clean and modern. I highly recommend River Oaks to everyone I meet who is looking for a Vet. Also pricing is comparably low on some services. Office visit below $50 and care is exceptional. To those few who are stating this clinic is out for the profit, that is just simply not true. I could not afford several of the meds I needed for my dog. Dr. Heather went above and beyond to ensure that my dog was taken care of. I can't imagine anyone saying anything negative. Great place all around!

It's surprising to me that I don't see a 5 star rating overall, because every time I am here I feel it is a 5 star experience! We have three dogs and all three are seen by Dr. Heather. The staff is warm and welcoming, and Dr. Heather is wonderful. I have never had a long wait or unpleasant experience here. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. Being new to the area, our biggest concern was finding a good place for our two dogs medical needs. River Oaks, in my eyes, can be beat by none. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I was shocked when I read the poor reviews on this site! My experience at River Oaks Animal Hospital was terrific. Every person I dealt with was caring, knowledgeable, friendly and made sure I knew exactly what was happening at all times.. They took excellent care of my dog Cody and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely deplorable practice! Boasts about cats being "happy" on their social media page regarding a toe amputation procedure. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. It's obvious that they're more concerned about profits than patient welfare. I have the screenshot of the post if anyone would like evidence.
