This is a nice little hole-in-the-wall hangout. The beer selection is pretty decent and I actually found the bartenders to be very pleasant. I'd definitely recommend going on nights that showcase bands.

The staff is always great. The bands are always way too loud for the size, though. If there's one thing I think this place would benefit from, it's someone helping the bands sound check.

VOODOO AS A WHOLE IS A GREAT PLACE FOR THE MOST PART HOWEVER I DON'T PARTICULARLY CARE FOR THE NEW HOST OF KARAOKE MESSIAH! IT'S MORE LIKE A CIRCUS ACT WITH THE HOST PERFORMING LIKE HE'S A PAID ARTIST AND RARELY ANYBODY SINGING ACTUALLY KARAOKE! ITS VERY MISLEADING WHEN SOMEONE IS GOING OUT WITH THE INTENTIONS ON ACTUALLY DOING KARAOKE..ALL I CAN SAY IS I WISH THEY NEVER FIRED THE OLD KARAOKE GUY BRANDON...HE WAS TRULY THE BEST AND STRICTLY BECAUSE OF THE NEW HOST I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO VOODOO...WELL AT LEAST NOT FOR KARAOKE

I love this place! We go here every time my husband and I get a date night! Live music, friendly staff and clean bathrooms! All a huge plus at a bar! ;)
