Dr. Pugh, Pam, and Amy are truly the best! Actually, the entire staff here is very friendly and accommodating. My time as their patient has been the only time in my life where I didn't dread going to the dentist.

Dr Pugh has been my dentist for over 20 years. I would not continue going there if I did not believe he is the best dentist in our area. I have had numerous procedures without any discomfort. Very attentive and caring staff in both the back and front offices!

The staff were very friendly. The service was excellent. I felt I was in good hands the entire time and I am looking forward to future appointments.

I had a bad experience with another dentist years ago. As a result of that I haven't gone in years.
Consequently, my dental health became poor. I had to have a root canal immediately and am in need of much more work.
Dr Pugh and his team are amazing. The root canal was painless. They did an outstanding job of making me feel comfortable, valued and informed. I look forward to returning and letting them restore my teeth to where they need to be.

After reading the previous review I had to post my own review of this office. I have been a patient over 10 years. Lynn and Amy work the front office and provide excellent service and dedication not only to Dr. Pugh but to his patients. Since the front office is open to the lobby you can hear every conversation these ladies have with patients, insurance companies and staff. It has never been anything but professional. They greet every patient coming in the door with a smile, good morning and how is your family. They call and get appointments for patients with specialists, they contact insurance companies to find out what your coverage will be for needed dental work and about visits that aren't paid for what ever reason. Last year I had a bill that was not paid by my insurance company $1,500, I called them and they said it wasn't covered and would be my responsibility. I paid the bill. Amy called me about a month later and told me that she had contacted the insurance company and sent an appeal she got the bill paid and now had a refund check for me! The office had been paid by me there was no reason for Amy to do this but she went above and beyond her duties to help me get my money back. The previous review by Devon Abram is completely unfounded and untrue! Amazing office with excellent staff!!!!
