I could not recommend a better Dentist in Huntsville than Dr. Reed. The service has been great and the staff is friendly and professional.

I would recommend Dr. Reed and his staff to anyone needing a dentist. They are experienced professionals and very efficient with my time. I had x-rays, a cleaning, and examination all done within 45 minutes and without wasting any time sitting in the waiting room.

Reed Family Denistry is the epitome of professionalism with excellent customer service. Dr. Reed and his staff go above and beyond to ensure all patient needs are met. I have had a wonderful experience every time I've been for the past 7 years. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone.

Dr Reed and his staff are always terrific. I recommend him any chance I can. (Including now) He has a terrific personality and is a knowledgeable professional. I always appreciate how efficient his staff is with my time. I never have to wait and they are great at keeping me reminded of my next appointment too. The office is really nice - AND I am really looking forward to the brand new office they are constructing just around the corner. Without a doubt, Dr Reed's growing practice is as a result of his skills as a Dental Professional and business sense. If you are looking for a new Dentist, look no further. (* sixth star!)

I just had my first appointment on 1/18... if you call this an appointment. After showing up early to do paperwork and insurance I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. 30 minutes had passed and no one called me back to a room. I went to the front desk and the front desk person told me that she told the people I was on my lunch break but apparently did not make the situation matter. Only after complaining someone came back and told me the Dr was not in today and they were backed up. I completely understand that things come up and we can not control everything. However, nothing was mentioned to me when I checked in or after I turned in paperwork. The solution they had for me was to do x-rays and reschedule the cleaning and first appointment for tomorrow.

This was absolutely poor customer service and I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Once again to be clear, I understand situations arise and they may be out of our control but communication is key. When they found out the Dr was going to be out today at 9am, a simple phone call could have sufficed instead of taking up my lunch to sit in an office being neglected. I hope this is an isolated incident and not normal practice.

UPDATE: I just received a call from Dr Reed himself to explain what happened. I have never had a Dr call me personally to apologize for a situation. Without ever having treatment done by him, it means a lot to have him personally reach out to me. I thank you Dr Reed.
