The staff (Dr. Robertson, Ms. Pat, and the nurses) were ALL phenomenal, patient, helpful, supportive and caring. I am blesed to have them for my primary medical health care. I have great hoped of my continued relationship with them for my health care needs. I hope they will all be back together in their own building in the near future. Until then, if I become ill and require professional medical attention, I will call around to find my Dr. Robertson and pray that she hasn't been assigned too far away!! Love you guys!!!

The staff there was excellent, they were very friendly, and calmed me down when I was scared something horrible was wrong with me. The lady at the front desk is an angel. The doctor was very knowledgeable. By the time I left I felt a whole lot better. Thank you all for your great service.

Everytime I go to American Family Care I get consistently inexpensive, prompt, competent and compassionate care. I personally have referred family and friends who like the service there as well. In this age of assembly line medical care American Family Care stands out as an exception and ones who committedly live up to the care aspect of their service.

Excellent staff, very professional, love the convienance. Thank you for your patience and care through my multiple visits as well as the honesty and professionalism shown my the nurse practitioner and her staff . Job well done !!

I have had a terrible time finding a family doctor that I trust who takes the time with me that I feel answers my questions about my health. The nurse practitioner who is always here at AFC, Elana Robertson is AMAZING!!! I trust her and she is intelligent and listens to me and seems genuinely interested in my health. I have tattoos, am a unique person and usually I feel like doctors and medical personnel treat me different causr of what I look like or like a drug seeker and won't address my issues...She treats me like anyone else and she talks to me in detail about what she plans to do and let's me be involved in my health care. I use her as my family doctor and she has helped me trouble shoot different issues and actually found out what is wrong with my blood pressure and discovered many health problems cause and a solution. The office staff remembers me and is so kind. I recommend this place!
