There is not an adequate word to describe this experience. Being new to the state of AL, and to the Huntsville area, I was not prepared to what was waiting for me here.
I came in with heart palpitations (that I have been feeling over the last week but pretty intensely and frequently today) and a headache that is unusual for me and here I am, 10 hours later, walking away without ever being seen by a doctor.
This is a disgrace!!! I have seen people who had been waiting here equally long if not longer.
I moved here from the New Haven area in CT and I had been to ERs there with my kids but I had nevet experienced anything like this. you My family will not be coming here for sure.

Just went in for pain in my left foot that is so bad I can barely walk. Spent 2 hours waiting on doctor and blood work. End up leaving with a topographical cream for athletes foot. Pain still persists in my foot to the point of barely being able to walk. How did this visit help?

Anyone reading these reviews comes away with a frightening and very negative view of this organization. The response by the hospital PR staff is telling: We are sorry. Thanks for your feedback. We will pass along your complaints. There is no indication that things are going to change, but we are sorry, thank you and feel free to call our "advocate" and complain some more if it makes you feel better. I wonder who pays the "advocate" and where his/her loyalty lies? Are we calling the fox who guards the chicken house?

How can I get in touch with somebody in the security office??????? Yes I finally spoke to someone. And then their are the nurses who are there to chat and have fun and forget about their patients. They are rude and have no compassion and apparently no one knows how to give the family information on what's going on. But then again why would they because even when you have a blood clot in your internal jugular vein they are not concerned. To put it mildly they are incompetent, uncaring, and are only there to get paid from what I can tell after 11 days of pure stupidity. If I were dying I wouldn't crawl in there with my last breath. PATHETIC!!!!
