I called for two days trying to cancel an appointment. I called at least six times and waited on the line for up to ten mins. and the staff still didn't answer the phone. This stucks when you have a busy life and don't have time to constantly call and continue to hold on the phone just to notify the doctor's office that you would like to cancel your appointment! I end up having to call the insurance line just to get my appointment canceled and rescheduled. This office needs more staff!!

Dr. Collins and his staff are wonderful and appear to really have my health issues and pain level in mind when caring for me.

dread it every time I have to go in. They do NOT listen to what I am saying, are very judgmental, and like to profile people based in their income and type of insurance.

Great doctors and nurses, but their office staff is absolutely HORRIBLE! I have worked many years in medical offices and I do not know how these people keep their jobs! Anytime that I call (whether it's to get information regarding medication, a prescription, or a question for my doctor) I'm on hold for at least 15 minutes. When someone finally gets to the phone, they are rude, short, and unprofessional. These staff members have lied to me, given me misinformation, and made my experience so much more stressful. Once I had a very urgent issue to discuss with my doctor and the woman on the phone IGNORED me. I had to ask "Hello? Is anyone there?" and she just sighed and said she'd give the doctor my message. The next day I called (after never getting a return call) and the woman hung up on me! These people need to be fired!

Can't even get a real person to answer the phone after a dozen attempts over a period of a week. If it is this difficult to get through before getting a so-called consultation, then what must it be like to get through when it is far more important? Two thumbs down to spitting on the customer right at the front door via horrible customer service and a total disconnect from reality. What's more, those with an IQ above 70 generally hate robotic answering machines, especially those that fail to even offer alternative categories to the limited scripts being provided. That said, Lord only knows how many patients they've lost as a direct result of treating people worse than a typical government agency. Shame on you for inducing the PAIN of aggravation. o_O
