Dr. Wilson is articulate. That along with his bedside manner and candor are hard to find when it comes to patient care. His staff answered my questions and are very supportive. I am 3 days post op. I had my old implants replaced along with a lift. I am very pleased. I would highly recommend him !!

Dr. Wilson and his staff are amazing! Before coming to his office I went and saw another surgeon that made me feel like just a number and their prices and unwillingness to work with my insurance to help cover my breast reduction made me believe my surgery was unattainable. From the moment I walked into Dr. Wilson's office, Barb was wonderful, informative and ready to answer any questions I had. They never acted like putting in the required paperwork for my insurance was an inconvenience to them and helped me get approved. Dr. Wilson is a perfectionist which is exactly what you want in a doctor that is changing the shape of your body! His bedside manner is also top notch! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who is considering plastic surgery for medical or cosmetic reasons!

I feel better about myself than I have in many years! He was able to help me achieve the body that I couldn't do with just diet and exercise and I will be forever grateful!

Dr. Wilson is one of the best doctors I have ever been to! He is a very upfront and honest doctor and if he doesn't feel as though he can give you what you're looking for he does not want to waste your time and money! He has an incredible beside manner and produces great results. My personal experience was very very good and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I can honestly tell you that Dr. Patrick Wilson is THE BEST plastic surgeon in this area. Please do not take heed to those one star ratings because they obviously mistakenly left ratings for the wrong doctor. My story: I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a bilateral mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction. Not knowing to research plastic surgeons I was "assigned" a surgeon with the large PS firm in town. This large firm was very busy and doctor and staff mechanical and cold. I felt like just another number to them. This reconstruction was totally botched and I ended up with tissue necrosis with large gaping holes in my new breasts and severe infections. I was mortified and heartbroken. I decided to try another doctor and went to a prominent PS in Birmingham. He fixed the tissue necrosis crisis and then performed another reconstruction. Botched Again. I had survived breast cancer but was now depressed from the constant pain and from the results of these reconstructions. I was about to give up when I found Dr. Wilson's website and decided to give it one last shot. From the moment I met him I knew I was finally in the right place. He is extremely kind and compassionate and a truly gifted surgeon. He is a perfectionist which I absolutely mean in the best way as a compliment. My results are PERFECT and I couldn't be happier. Nurse Barbara is also very kind, helpful and easy to talk to as is Ashley. The entire office gets a high five from me. I love that this is a small office and Dr. Wilson took as much time as needed to really listen and communicate on a one on one basis. I got the very best care and the best possible results. I very highly recommend Dr. Patrick Wilson. He was heaven sent and I am forever grateful to him.
