Communication was lazy at best. Called and did not leave message but sent vague email asking me to call. Email addressed me incorrectly, had misspellings and was incorrect on my insurance information and overall, rude. I complained about the nature of the email and he just sent me back the phone number to request a new agent. Through requesting a new agent, Allstate's phone tree kept rerouting me to Tony's line, where he would repeatedly hang up on me rather than help resolve the situation. Petty, unprofessional, untrustworthy man. Absolutely not the agent I want to contact if the worst should happen.
