worst customer service i have ever had. for two years i email them no reply call and leave messages never receiving a call back, price keeps going up to where a family plan is 500.00 a week how can you pay this on a 40 hour week at 15.00 dollars a hour

A billion dollars in cash and the worst customer service. Are they owned by Comcast? Every time I deal with them I want to throw up. Their website is like a Las Vegas Casino. You can wander for hours trying to find what you are looking for!

I called in April to begin an insurance contract for my daughter and myself for June 1 - June 30. The sales person confirmed that date on the phone, and then sent me an incorrect contract. I called to have the contracts changed, however they failed to change the contract for my daughter and then proceeded to bill me for May 1- May 31. I called several times to correct the problem and they were unable to fix it. Then they began sending late notices for my daughter. When I called to pay they promised that they would correct the error. I agreed because I did not want my daughter to go uncovered. Afterward the problem was not resolved and they have since started sending me late notices again. I believe this is not only a billing issue, but an issue of incompetence on the part of their service and support. I've spoken with several managers, all have claimed they would call back and none have. One manager suggested I just pay the money if I were worried. I feel that is about as close to extortion as you can get.
