Don't use this company. I paid HOA fees at closing and this company credited the seller the fee, instead of verifying with the HOA office. "They believed the fees were paid", reportly. The seller was reimbursed and my HOA is still unpaid. This isn't the end.... Save yourself frustration and use another company you'll be glad that you did! If you choose to use this company ultimately, you going to have to verify whether or not any work has been done. Save yourself!!! Especially if your new to this area. Who needs the headache? In the end I'm left to contact the BBB, Huntsville Chamber of Commerce and maybe Small Claims Court. It not worth it!!
