TERRIBLE! Fries are NEVER fresh or even slightly warm--so FORGET ABOUT getting hot, fresh fries!!-- any time I've stupidly have given this place another shot and the rest of the food is about the same...NOT GOOD and will NOT go back to this location and that's unfortunate bc we usually really enjoy BK in general, but my family's recent experiences with particular location just May have ruined our appetite for ALL BK restaurants indefinitely. Or at least until we've forgotten how gross the food has been at this place.

Girl behind the cash register did not speak at all. When my order was taken I had to wait in line with 4 other people ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes on my order and the only reason I got my order was because I had to ask if my number had been filled it had been erased from the screen and no one even knew that I was there. I will not go back there for a long time. During this time a customer came in with a wrong order, the cashier took the order to get it fixed and they replaced your order. Before that the cashier got the order from the lady and started saying I told you it was wrong before we handed it to her and acted all kinds of rude.

Very clean, fresh food. No napkins but they had a pack of picnic napkins they were handing out. Was a little put off by young cashier who didn't have any loyalty to the BK brand and who suggested I go eat at a Mexican place if I thought BK prices were too high!! Cheesy tots not very cheesy. New Rodeo pretty good sandwich.

This place is really dirty in the kitchen. Thanks to night shift not doing anything
.day shift does at great job food is always fresh and hot. Night shift needs to get it together.

It's Burger King. It's generally pretty good. But like all fast food joints, with big orders, something inevitably gets left out so you have to be super vigilant about your bags. But that's probably more down to corporate structure about them getting people through the line ASAP and people complaining when things take too long (even when they themselves have made massive food orders!)
