Bought my grandson a $40.00 cookie and it was very very thin and didn't seem to be cooked enough. Everyone at the party said this has changed, not as good as usual. The icing was ok but the cookie was not right. Very disappointed.

I have always really enjoyed the Great American Cookie Company cakes and cookies and brownies and all the other stuff that they have but they have now changed their frosting the chocolate and the white to a buttercream whipped frosting and it is awful you've had this recipe and have used the other for years why would you change it now??!!! Go back to the original!!!!!!!!!!

Our office tradition is to order from GAC for each birthday. Always nice staff & the cookies are consistently delicious!

We ordered a cookie cake for my son the 12 inch with frosting and two light sabres. They charged us 28.32 for it and it was the worse cake and very over priced. It was also very thin so there is that so we got cookie for 28 dollar 12 inches by a quarter inch if that. It fell apart and was not good at all. We had friends and family over and not one wanted a piece the kids a one piece but did not want more. Horrible cookie. I could see spending 28 dollars on a cookie if it wad good and thick but not what we got. It's like you pay for name and have to be okay with a bad tasting cookie. They did give me a full refund but I wanted a good cookie cake for my son's birthday. I wish I could post a picture with this so you could see.
