Went inside to order lunch and as soon as I walked in the floors were so nasty. Food all over the place, trash everywhere, so we turned around and left. It was so dirty that I'm surprised more customers didn't walk out. Guess some people don't mind eating in a filthy restaurant.

Out of onion rings, out of pineapple chicken.. tip of the iceberg was that the tables were all sticky. Service was kind of terrible but not as bad as others that I've experienced.

The last three times I have gone they have gotten my order wrong. This last time my order was wrong and my onion rings were burned. The soda was wrong and they didn't even give me my receipt.

I went through the drive through waited 5 minutes till I drove to the take out window no one answered. It was on a Tuesday at 620pm and no other customers were inside and didn't see any emplyees even though they just took the guy's order in front of me. I called corporate they didn't say anything but, "We are short staffed at all facilities." This was the second time that it has happened to me at another location. That's just my fault for thinking another location like this one would be any better.

I love Hardee's but this location is the worst I have ever been to. The crew is rude and very unprofessional. I was disgusted. My cashier was rubbing her face and nose n never went to wash her hands. Crew does not where gloves and was told no chicken tenders cause they where frozen????? But it was the way the lady said it to that got under my skin as well. I will not be back to this location. I will make the long drive down south parkway to the Hardee's location down past Hobbs road from now on. FYI to owner drastic changes need to be made.
