Wife and I ate here on a Sunday morning, had dragon roll (app), beef and broccoli, and Chang's chicken. Dragon roll was good, but entre (Chang's chicken) was not great, to say the least. Asked if it could be made.with extra spice (menu already said it was spicy) and was told "we can make it as spicy as you want it ". I said great, make it really spicy. It came out bland and not spicy at all. I gave some to my wife to test because she doesn't like anything spicy. She said it was bland and not spicy at all. Waitress offered to bring some hot sauce (which she did) but they point is just adding surachi ruins the dish. She did offer to have them remake it with the same instructions--which kind of confused me, I mean if she included the instruction before I'm not sure how just reordering would fix anything. Anyway, I hate making a scene so I just ate it and told her no to remaking it. If you want a nice atmosphere, this PF Chang's is a great lace.. if you want top notch Chinese food, go somewhere else. I would only recommend this place if you wanted to pay too much for mediocre food in a nice part of town.

Average Americanized Chinese food, consistent quality, nice atmosphere/ambiance, usually OK...bar service is rather poor: very distracted, not attentive, poor customer service. Additionally, the bar area smelled terrible...like wet rugs & old food, not very appetizing.

Nice environment. I haven't found a dish that I absolutely love yet. Usually I'm wishing for a touch more flavor. They have a nice birthday treat.

Romantic and dark facility, nice service. The food is off the chain! Great place to take a date or have a older child's birthday.

I've always loved PF Changs but after today, I don't know if I ever want to go back. The bartender and manager were questioning us about our age and kept giving us glares AFTER we got our drinks....& we're both 21. This whole incident killed our vibe so much that we left before we even got our food. Way to ruin our anniversary!!
