Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Red Robin has great food. This particular location seems very crowded and noisy compared to others though. Its worth the drive to go to the one in Jones Valley on Carl T. Jones.

I've been there a few times and I love their burgers, but my coworker and I just ordered two servings of French onion soup to go. First off, the containers they came in are a good size, *if* they had been at least 3/4 full, but we ended up paying $5.30 each (with our employee bridgestreet discount) for two containers half filled up. What really upsets me though, is I ended up almost eating a piece of plastic.
I called Red Robin and they said that this happens a lot, cellophane covers the cheese and it sometimes melts into the cheese. He said he'd make us more, but I really don't want to eat more soup. I wanted my money back or a future discount. Plastic free please.

Wonderful food always friendly service but, usually there's a dreaded wait for your food to ever come to the table. I'm not sure if it's due to a staffing problem or just due to the fact they are always super busy. Either way still great food & worth the wait!

The best burgers ever! I LOVE their teriyaki and pineapple with blue cheese on the Bonzai Burger and my spouse enjoys the Whiskey River BBQ Burger. Yum! Great atmosphere and fun staff! Try the poppy seed honey mustard to dip your French fries in...Whoa! Out of this world! Great place!!!!

The service is usually good, however they do have a few waitresses with attitude who feel like you are a bother if they do have to get you a drink refil. I will continue to go back though because the rest of the staff is phenomenal, and the food is always really good. Overall I really like this place.
