I wish I could give 0 stars. Last evening I went to macaroni grill for a birthday dinner. Everyone ordered including me and in time our food started to come out. They messed up a few orders, that's normal. However, they messed up my order 4 times and I didn't get my food until the dinner was over. The whole party/dinner went on without me I literally did not receive my food until we were all getting ready to leave. This whole time I remained calm because after all it was a BIRTHDAY DINNER for my friend and I was not going to ruin that. The waiter apologized but kept getting my order wrong. At a point she even forgot me and I had to remind her of my order. So I called the manager explained everything and said to him in the most polite way "after all of this I shouldn't have to pay for this food". He showed no sympathy, he didn't even apologize and I was appalled. As a matter of fact the first thing he said was " OK so which one of you wants to talk to me" is that how you address your customers especially the ones that came to you with respect?
I say all of this to say I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS ROMANO'S MACARONI GRILL AGAIN..... PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has some good italian dishes at a very reasonable price. They also have a pretty good wine selection here. It doesn't matter what age you are, writing on the tablecloths in crayon is always fun.

Loved this place back in the day but its a completely different experience now. Service was spotty but not horrible. The food was very subpar. Half was cold. Some was over seasoned, some under seasoned. In general, food was unappealing. No one finished their plate. Unfortunately, not a single plate was adequate. Super disappointing - will not be back.

We are the couple that just walked out of your establishment.

Well, we stood at the hostess podium and although three people stood there, no one could bother to acknowledge our existence. After mumbling under her breath, one server led us to our table and slammed some menus down on the table and we got a quick "Shannon will be with you." Well, Shannon didn't get with us. We waited for 5 minutes, never got greeted. So we stood up and walked out. It's two days before Christmas. We didn't come in to your establishment for such a negative vibe. Whatever drama was going on with the servers shouldn't be felt by your patrons.

If I could give you a zero, I would've. Thanks for solidifying that driving across town to Carrabbas's is worth it.

I finally just had to give up. I've loved Romano's, and lately I've eaten there almost weekly. I had created a habit born of customary paths and a penchant for mozzarella. But tonight was my last time there. The quality is just not reliable--and I work too hard for my money. Honestly, I've had good meals at Romano's. I've had fair meals there. I've had eh meals there. But tonight! Tonight I had garbage for supper from Romano's. It was beyond being inedible. I actually had to spit the food out of my mouth. It looked perfectly fine. My dinner mates were surprised and tried it too. It was unanimous--we all agreed: garbage. Here's the thing, the other dishes we ordered...were fine. I say that so you'll believe me. Not everything there is horrid. It's just that I don't have the time or money to waste on a roll of the dice. Purchase time 4:28pm 4/6/16 Ticket 2/2008. Yes, Mr. Manager. I kept my receipt. You know how to find me. I look forward to your call. Maybe you'll be more interested in my meal satisfaction from a digital expression of my concern than you were from our earlier discussion. I regret that franchise management doesn't give you the authority to appropriately correct problems for regular customers. I didn't want another plate of it. I simply wanted one item removed from a ticket of four purchases.
