Service was outstanding from being greeted at the door all the way through paying for our food. Food was good, reasonably priced and prepared quickly.

Have seen advertising on TV that makes everything look so good, but what you see, isn't always what you get. This was my first visit & probably my last unless just going for a milkshake. I ordered a Swiss Mushroom burger, & just thinking about it had my mouth watering, however, it was very dry, & not flavored, & definitely not worth the cost, even with a coupon.

Ive been to a lot of steak and shakes and I usually associate them with bad service and food that takes forever. We went to this steak and shake with a party of at least 20.(we are fleeing the hurricane so we have a lot of family with us) and I couldn't have been happier with the service this location provided. The manager was so friendly and welcoming and our waitress was kind and efficient. We had our food promptly and it was good. If we ever come back to this city, we'll definitely be back to eat at this steak and shake!

Hard to beat the value. The service is always friendly and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. Good food and even some healthy options if you look hard. Where else can two people have sit down service, a good meal and still leave a 20% tip for just $12?!

I love going here, especially to go on dates. It's my favourite place to go out and eat. The staff is really nice and kind of funny. It has a fantastic atmosphere!
