Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I waited way too long at the drive-thru and then when I got home I realized they left half my order out (that I had paid for) and I called and went back across town to get what they left out. When I explained the situation the Assistant Manager was rude, hostile, and sarcastic and were not even going to give me the food that I had already paid for. It took over an hour for me to get my food because I had to go back. Never go to this location.

Food was good price was good but while I was eating my salad something that looked like a gnat flew into it and I went to get a refill on unsweetened tea and all they had was sweet she offered to make some unsweetened but I told her I had to go I would just drink something else

Food is always fresh and prepared as ordered. Staff is out of this world at the Memorial Parkway location. I feel right at home no matter their rush. Right now I'm chillin' before heading back to work.

Didn't really seem like they had a game plan to handle a simple carry out order.
We made an order of 20 chicken fingerz and was told it would be 10 minutes.
Upon arrival I noticed there isn't a good visual setup to show if the expectation is to stand off to the side or in line. After waiting in line, once I made it to the register it was clear they hadn't started the order.
40 minutes after the order had been placed I asked if it was a mistake to order carry out.. The person at the cash register turned around and started digging around behind them and found our food..
"Oh here it is, I'm sorry I didn't know it was done here."
This experience defeats the purpose of ordering a carry out. I've had better service and food at other Zaxbys before but I have to admit this was a disappointing visit.
No apology needed, please just take the feedback and work to improve the team's communication to each other.
