Shauna Gilley is a wonderful massage therapist! Her room sets the tone with colors, accent lighting, and music for a relaxing massage. Her voice is soothing. She really works to understand my needs of stress/tension relief as well as relaxation. I prefer a Swedish and deep tissue combo massage and she does well at finding that balance with me. I am never disappointed with my massage when I leave. I leave always feeling renewed. I *highly* recommend the 90 minute massage which allows her more time to give a full body massage and to work any problem areas.

I called a week ago to make an appointment and leave a message. I had never received a return and decided to send an email to Mrs. or Ms. Curry.She told me that is not taken new clients and never received my recorded message. She gave my phone number to another massagist. I received a phone call from Annie and set up an appointment with her today at 5:30 pm.
When arrived and asked me if I need help, I said, "I have an appointment with Annie." The receptionist replied, "So sorry, but she left early, she called you. " I have never received a phone call in my office, and at the last minute, my appointment was canceled. Who is paying my time, my gasoline?
Thanks, and want not planning to force a situation. There are more places to find a good massagist that made the same job that Mrs. or Ms. Curry. It is what it is.

Must book with annie, although everyone is great. Been a patron for over 5 years. Great group of folks. Best massage in Huntsville and reasonably priced.

I have been going to HMP consistently for 8 years since moving to Huntsville. Kathy is the main therapist helping with my severe medical issues. My entire family has experienced EVERY therapist in the practice with excellent results for a variety of needs. I have always been treated with respect and timeliness. If I'm late for a scheduled appointment, I pay for the entire time scheduled, even if the massage is short because of my tardiness. If I no show, I pay the no show fee. This is standard business procedure. No one else but HMP touches my body.
