A well staffed, equipped, clean, professional and caring veterinary clinic. The people were kind and really seemed to genuinely love animals. And most importantly, they helped our precious cat when he had an issue. Fixed him up in a jiffy. Thank you!

I was taking my dog to this vet for 3-4 months spent hundreds of dollars, multiple visits, with no results for my dogs allergies/skin condition.
At one point was told that I was not given the correct amount of medication and had to bring my dog back for yet another exam visit along with getting more medication that I paid for.
I waited close to 2 weeks to hear back from an office manager on this situation (she was sick and I completely understood, but it was still frustrating)

I remember checking out at one point and a lady came back inside saying her medication didn't look the same as before. When the front desk lady came back she said there was a mix up and they had filled the bottle with the wrong medication.
That was a huge red flag for me.

On top of a few other frustrating situations over those 3-4 months.

Took my dog to another vet in town and they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong in 1 visit and she is now starting to recover.

I recently went in there to purchase Brovecto for my dogs. My card was ran, then I was told they did not have any in stock and it will be there the next day.
In my opinion they should have made sure it was there before taking my payment.
When I showed up the next day they still did not have the Brovecto that I had already paid for and I ended up having to pay more for something different that they had in stock.

I had received many apologies over all the different situations but unfortunately I've given this place many chances and have yet to have a good experience.

It's a beautiful facility and the staff seemed polite, but I will no longer spend any amount of money at this facility.

I take my dog here for all of her vet needs. They have everything! There is even a substantial rehabilitation space to get your baby well again. All techs are smiley, sympathetic, kind, and super knowledgeable. You can get help or just board your animal. Exceptional vetinary care for Huntsville Madison area!
