Ticket man was rude to parents became snarky after mumbling and I guess expected us to hear his mumbling.
Young African American man showing people to their theater was only saving grace other then the movie
Concessions stand employee was just rude and incompetent after another employee I think it was mumbles from earlier came to help I was second in line at the time I went to him after he said clear and loudly this time that he would help who was next. So I walk over and before he could help some other ppl walk up a asking for assistance no biggie or so I thought. Turns out guy completely bails on helping me and instead of helping me next the original concessions guy completely ignores me so after 10 to 15 min of waiting I walk back( I did cut in front of someone and the line had gotten larger by this time so sorry to that guy) I asked of he could help me since I'd been waiting for 15 min and I WAS NOT going to want in line for another 15 min when I should've been helped after mumbles walked away and ignored me. So the orginal just keeps saying that no one was else was helping like i just imagined mumbles coming out and speaking so i just so frustrated and angry that i walked off and cursed. I wasted my time and didnt even get any damn popcorn and missed the beginning of my movie. My experience here tonight was so bad I honestly wish no one would come to this theater and it fails it rubbed me so wrong. Good seats do not make up for terrible customer service.

I LOVE THIS NOVIE THEATER IN THE HEART OF INDIANAPOLIS NY BIRTH PLACE WATCHING A MOVIE ON THE BIG SCREEN. AMAZING!

Comfortable seats over priced drinks and food, so the normal. Employees seem mentally slow but you don't need a genius to get you popcorn and a movie ticket.

The seats are the most luxurious seats I have ever sat on in a Movie Theater. You will not be disappointed.
You won't have to worry about leg room, being cramped, or squirming around your seat to find a comfy spot.

Disastrous movie experience in this place. Went to watch Pirates of Caribbean: Dead man tell no tales in 3D and know what my stay in the theater is horrible. They never ever turned off the lights that made the quality of the image on screen look so horrible. Would never recommend going here especially for 3D. Audio sucks too.
High cost and pathetic movie experience. 1 star is way too much as well.
In sum, the purpose of going to a movie hall to experience good visuals and high quality sound is defeated in its entirety here!
