Since August I have been freaking calling to make a appointment to see my doctor! And each time I call the day they tell me to call they always tell me to call at another date! They need to shut down this place smh! Its ridiculous

Horrible! They can't keep their story straight. They couldn't answer my questions and had to keep calling me back about my lab results. They've brought me to tears several times by treating me like a human yoyo with their ignorance. I will NEVER go back to them or allow any of my family to go to them either.

This place need to be shut down and if you ask me I think they need to look over there license to see do any of those people have any medical license as a CNA or RN

My daughter is 16yrs old and I've been going to Westside since before she came in to this world. They're not what they used to be. My kids still have the same doctor and she is great that is what my 2 stars are for but
before we see her or even try to get appointment with her, it is a fight everytime I call for an appointment.
