Never answers phone. Clearly unprofessional and quite lazy a lot of the staff. It's the perfect job for someone who wants to do absolutely nonthing. Capitol ave. Location

They have this new way of signing in. It’s just ridiculous how long people have been waiting I’ve been here since 930 this morning and still haven’t been to the kiosk. It’s almost 11am. Normally the full process takes 2 hours now it’s extended to 4-5 hours. Unless you come at the end of the day and they try to bum rush everything because they want to close up and go home. I use to come here all the time because they were organized, but now I’m not so sure.

I like this location I haven't been to a different location all the staff is very sweet and I was very comfortable. I'm a very quiet observant person most people giving bad reviews are the people that probably gave staff a hard time or felt like they needed special treatment so they felt some type of way. I love plasma care they get you in and out and they have a very friendly energy.

The company has completely overhauled their leadership and they have new managers coming in. I can tell you for a fact that I know employees that do not respect the couple customers will be leaving and customer satisfaction will be the number one priority in this Center. I would urge anyone looking at these reviews to give it a chance and if there's anything that you think that they could be doing better, suggest it to the managers at the center and I guarantee you they will take all of your suggestions into consideration. I truly apologize if there are any people that had a bad experience at this location but I can assure you things will be changing for the better.

If I could give negative stars I would this place is extremely terrible. I arrived at 11am to be a new donor its now 2pm and I haven't even began the process just waiting on my name to be called after I signed in. The staff are so concerned with how many people are at the facility no one is doing their job because they keep coming to the front checking the amount of people. No one has been called to the back for 20 and 30 minute increments not new or old donors. I have donated at CSL plasma and I have never experience such poor service until PlasmaCare you guys really need to get some better staff and maybe a better system no way you should have to wait over 2 hours just to being a hour and a half process its definitely not worth the wait 1 time donor Ill never return to this poorly ran establishment
