Huge scam for market place members by posting the doctor in network when you get the service for you or your family and take the doctor from the network in their website when its time to pay...
You call customer service and i was asked to file a complaint...
I payed the doctor visit out of my pocket and about a month later the same doctor is back listed on their website as in network .
