Tokio Marine Hcc is trying to rip you off. first of all; if you want to call them you have to know what combination of "menu of option numbers" you have to dial. Second don't bother yourself to call them because customer service basically don't do anything about your issues. they only tell you to email them your concerns. And nobody does anything even if you email them. I'm trying to cancel my policy and still waiting for the email response, what a lovely customer care. I cannot access my online account because they entered my date of birth wrong. Plus that's the only information you need in order to access to your account besides the certificate number. And there's no indication that your member id number is the same as certificate number. Ugh that's a big mess. Don't waste your time with these scammers.

Stay away from the scammers and don't get robbed!!!
They boast no medical exams needed for getting the coverage... once you buy their coverage... they won't even pay a dime for even primary care visits... forget about big hospital bills. They keep on asking for information like past medical history, how and when illness occurred, details of foreign primary doctor, copy of all pages of passport, and all the bulls**t that will just give a reason to deny the claim!!! I have been using it for years and paid them thousands of dollars in premiums and this time was the first time I actually used it for primary care for my mother-in-law, mom and dad, only to discover they don't quite work as advertised!!! All four claims didn't fetch me even a penny!!! Instead I wasted my time and effort in fulfilling their documentation. Save your money to pay doctor bills instead!!! If you see any positive reviews about them from any of their customers anywhere on net, most likely they have never filed a claim like me until this time. It all seems very easy and promising until you file a claim.

My name is Samir and I am a member for what is called short term coverage. In fact, wherever I went I was denied coverage and the cause is obviously the HCC doesn't want to cover any penny. I was paying $153 For 6 months. This is not fake review.

HCC has denied every claim that was filed and refused to work with me. Do yourself a favor and cut spending in other areas to afford better insurance or don't get it all. This place is a joke.

This is the most terrible insurance company ever. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. THEY WILL SCREW YOU. They make you submit all kinds of proof per claim and don't cover anything. Over the phone, they'll tell you anything to get you to buy insurance. LIES. My wife and I are burdened with debt right now because of what this insurance company said they would cover, but never did. STEER CLEAR.
