Not the first time they've given me the wrong order at this location. I tried to be nice about correcting my order but was given a dirty look. Good food but will not visit this location again.

Was years extremely rude. I had an immflamation of my eyelid and my car broke down across the street. I thought it'd be smart to sue down and eat then see if my car started. Oh no, cashier asked about eye. Then never asked if it was for here whick it was. Hands me a bag, I sit down, she then comes to wipe off the other takes that were clean and stands in front of me while eating saying are you enjoying your meal. Just staring at me. Made me feel completely unwelcomed.

I'm appalled by the treatment I received at this location. I had a coupon I received in the mail and they rudely -refused- to honor it. The cashier gave zero empathy and the supervisor flat out treated me like I didn't matter. I tried to go with an alternative, a 3 piece, but when I asked about white vs dark meat, they tried to charge me almost double if I wanted white meat. The whole time I was there I felt so disrespected and unwelcome that I eventually stormed out and overheard the representatives mocking my exit before I left. I never raised my voice or used profanity or accused them or anything. I just wanted some chicken, not to be mistreated.
Now, I love Popeyes chicken, I do. I've been a fan of their food since I was 6. I don't go as much as I used to when I was younger since I'm trying to avoid putting on too much extra weight. Anyway, I haven't had my favorite fried food in about 6 months and I decided to stop in at this one because I passed it on the way home. I will -never- go back there and I'm going to make sure to share my experience wherever and whenever I am able.

Depending on what time of day, it's clean and midday service is great. The staff seems a bit untrained at the moment (obvious new hires), but I hope that changes. Love the food!
